Childrens’ prizes will be $15 for one winner in each category.

2. Nature (e.g. landscapes/sunsets/sunrises)

3. Farm Animals/Pets

4. Buckingham County Events/People/Community Pride (sporting events/tractor pull/etc.)

5. Historic & Vintage (e.g. buildings/cars/local icons)

Rules/Regulations

1) All photos must have been taken in Buckingham County by the person submitting the photo. Basic exposure, color correction and cropping are allowed. However, any alteration of composition, re-composition, generative fills, distortions, cloning of images, etc., even in part, using AI or photo-editing software is strictly forbidden. All parts of the image must have been photographed by the entrant in a single shot.

2) Each entrant may only submit one photo per category, but may enter all five categories, if desired.

3) Each photograph submitted must be accompanied by the submission& release form (available online at www.buckinghamchamberofcommerce.com, or for pick up at Moss Motor Co.; 15654 N. James Madison Hwy; Dillwyn, VA 23936).

4) For unity and ease of display, photographs submitted must be printed to the size of 8” x 10” and supported by a piece of cardboard, foam board, or a mat (framed photographs will not be accepted).

5) A digital file of all photos submitted must be emailed to buckinghamchamberofcommerce@gmail.com at the time of submission.

6) Submissions may be made between May 15th and July 15th, 2026. No photos will be accepted after this date.

7) Drop off location for entries: Moss Motor 15654 N. James Madison Hwy., Dillwyn, VA 23936; Photos may also be submitted at the Chamber’s Monthly meetings in May and June.

8) Childrens’ submissions (12 and under) follow the same rules. Only one prize of $15 will be awarded to one winner of each category.
